The EDGEWOOD HISTORICAL SOCIETY extends you an invitation to exhibit and sell at the 43rd annual EDGEWOOD HERITAGE FESTIVAL at Heritage Park Museum in downtown Edgewood on Saturday, November 9th from 8:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Booth set-up will be available throughout the day Friday and from 6:30 to 8:00 a.m. on Saturday. Your vehicle must be removed from the park area before 8:30 a.m. on festival day. A special parking area will be provided for vendors. We prefer that you dress in a style befitting the theme of the Heritage Park Museum. Also, a tent is preferred and we encourage you to cover tables with quilts to insure a uniform appearance in the park. Booth space is 10’x10’ and rental is $60.00 or $70.00 if electricity is required. We have a limited number of spaces with electricity available.
NOTE: There is an additional $5.00 registration/rental fee for applications post-marked after 10/26.
The vendor display area will be centralized and under the banner “VENDOR ALLEY.” We try to be selective in choosing exhibitors as workmanship and variety are top priorities. We also try to avoid duplicate merchandise; therefore first come, first serve. If you decide to join us for this fun packed day, please fill out the attached application and return as soon as possible due to limited number of booths.
Applications should be received no later than November 5th. Please be very specific in your inventory/craft description. A photo would be very helpful in eliminating vendors with duplicate items. You’ll receive a call or email to confirm receipt of your application.
